Effective date: 10/09/2026
Operator: WrenchMind AI

1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of the WrenchMind AI website, web workspace, and related services operated by the business identified above (“WrenchMind,” “we,” or “us”).
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you use the service for a business, you must have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
When presented with an acceptance control, selecting it confirms that you have read and agree to these Terms.
2. What the service provides
WrenchMind AI helps users organize vehicle information, symptoms, diagnostic codes, observations, and available reference material. It may provide AI-generated explanations and suggested diagnostic checks.
The service provides informational assistance. It does not physically inspect your vehicle, certify its condition, guarantee a diagnosis, or replace a qualified automotive technician.
Features labeled “planned,” “coming soon,” or “in development” are not currently available. Promotional descriptions do not guarantee a release date, compatibility, or future functionality.
3. Automotive safety and verification
A diagnostic code, symptom, diagram, or AI response does not by itself establish that a component has failed or that a vehicle is safe to drive.
Before performing work, verify the vehicle configuration, applicable service instructions, tools, specifications, and safety precautions. Do not use instructions that are incomplete, contradictory, unsupported, or unsuitable for your vehicle.
Do not operate the app while driving. Do not perform work beyond your training, tools, or ability. Work involving vehicle lifting, brakes, steering, fuel, airbags, or high-voltage systems may require a qualified technician.
If you suspect an immediate safety issue, stop using the guidance and seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance.
4. Your account and information
You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your account credentials. Notify us at SUPPORT@wrenchmindai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Incorrect or incomplete vehicle details, codes, measurements, or observations can produce unsuitable results. You must review information before relying on it.
You may use the service only for vehicles and information you are authorized to access.
5. AI responses and reference content
AI responses can contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable recommendations. Similar inputs may produce different responses. Review suggested actions against applicable service information and actual vehicle findings.
Factory and third-party content may vary by vehicle, configuration, region, subscription, and licensing availability. A source link identifies reference material; it does not guarantee that every generated statement is supported by that material.
Missing specifications or unavailable documents must not be treated as permission to estimate a required technical value.
Sample cases, concept images, and illustrative diagrams are demonstrations. They are not vehicle-specific repair instructions unless expressly identified as applicable source material.
6. Permitted use and third-party rights
We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable third-party licensing restrictions.
WrenchMind branding, software, and original content belong to their respective owners. MOTOR and other licensed content remain the property of their respective rights holders.
You must not redistribute, sell, bulk download, scrape, or republish licensed material unless expressly authorized. Downloading or sharing a case summary does not grant additional rights to reproduce embedded third-party documents.
You must not bypass access controls, misuse credentials, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, or use the service unlawfully.
7. Your submitted content and privacy
You retain any ownership rights you hold in information, photographs, and other content you submit.
You grant us permission to process, store, and display that content as reasonably necessary to provide the service to you, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.
Do not upload another person’s private information without authorization.
Our separate Privacy Policy explains our actual collection, use, sharing, retention, and deletion practices. These Terms do not independently authorize selling your personal information or using your submissions to train AI models.
8. Paid plans, subscriptions, and hardware
The web workspace is currently offered free as described on the website. Future paid services or hardware will be governed by the terms disclosed when they become available.
Before any purchase, we will disclose the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, and refund or return conditions. Recurring charges require your express agreement.
“Coming soon” prices and hardware images are planning information, not an order confirmation. Compatibility, delivery, warranties, returns, and any included service period must be confirmed in the final purchase terms.
9. Availability and account restrictions
We may update, maintain, or discontinue features. Access may be interrupted by technical failures or third-party service limitations.
We may restrict or suspend access for material violations of these Terms, security threats, or legal requirements. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us.
We will handle personal information following account closure in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10. Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that the service will identify a fault, prevent damage, reduce repair costs, or establish that a vehicle is safe to operate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WrenchMind is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including losses caused by reliance on inaccurate or inapplicable guidance.
These limitations do not exclude liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other protected claims.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will identify the revised effective date. We will provide notice of material changes and obtain renewed acceptance where required.
Changes will not retroactively authorize a new use of previously collected personal information contrary to our existing commitments or applicable law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada/USA, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
Before starting legal proceedings, either party may contact the other to attempt to resolve a dispute. This does not prevent urgent legal relief or the exercise of statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or waives participation in a class action.
